Gift Card Policy - One Year Validity
1. Validity period
All issued gift cards are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
After this period, the gift card automatically expires and can no longer be used for purchases.
2. Use and redemption
During the one-year (1) validity period, gift cards may be used for purchases:
- in our physical stores
- or via our website
This depends on the conditions attached to the specific gift card.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
3. No refunds or reimbursements
Once the validity period has expired, the remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable and the credit lapses.
No refunds are issued for unused balances.
Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or returned.
Airsoft Store is not responsible for the loss, theft, or misuse of gift cards.
4. Balance check
Customers can check the remaining balance on their gift card at any time:
- via our website
- or in one of our stores
5. Renewal or re-issuance
Gift cards cannot be extended, replaced, or reissued after the validity period has expired.
6. Exceptions
In some cases, such as statutory obligations or promotional campaigns, exceptions to the standard validity period may be made.
Such deviations are clearly communicated at the time of issuance or in the accompanying terms and conditions.
7. Validity information
The date of issue or the expiry date is not stated on the gift voucher itself.
The validity period is clearly communicated at the time of purchase and can be checked on our website via the gift card page.
The validity period starts on the date of purchase and can be determined:
- via the proof of purchase
- or via our systems based on the gift card's unique code
